"Kairos" means "God's Time"
Kairos Home Improvement Inc. is a local family-owned and operated business in Baltimore County, Maryland that partners with homeowners and property managers to complete projects on a residential or commercial scale.
Our journey with home remodeling and architectural design dates back to August of 2014.
Small side jobs evolved into a demand for larger projects once clients starting generating buzz about our services. The owners transitioned the business into a licensed, full-service contracting company in 2020.

Meet Our Team

The owner of the company took the expertise that he gained from his time as a sheet metal worker and HVAC technician to start his own business years ago. Mynor and Ivonne spearheaded business development and operations for Kairos. Their family members are key contributors to the company's success. The aspect of owning and operating a home remodeling company that they enjoy the most, is having the ability to create better communities for their children by leaving neighborhoods better than they found them.
Chief Operating Officer
Mynor Escobar
Mynor is the owner of Kairos and the lead project manager. He makes it a point to have an active presence on all job sites to supervise inventory, process, and quality control. He took a leap of faith several years ago to make a career change and he could not be more pleased with the decision. Mynor's devotion to the family business is steadfast and his commitment to clients is unwavering.
Chief Executive Officer
Ivonne Escobar
Ivonne is a Veteran of the United States Army. She gained a strong background in strategic planning and data management from working in the advertising industry for several years. Ivonne is a numbers person at her core. She has an incredible aptitude for market research, financial analysis, and expense management.
Director of Sales and Project Design
Riveka discovered that she is highly skilled at managing client needs and expectations while working in retail. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Stevenson University and joined the team upon graduation. She is dedicated to growing the family business and often works cross-functionally across multiple verticals.
Residential Project Manager
Reggie Peebles
Reggie brings over 20 years of experience in Sales, Operations Management, and Client Services. With a natural ability to foster and maintain client satisfaction, he consistently focuses on meeting and exceeding client expectations. His extensive management background enables him to pay attention to the smallest details, ensuring projects remain on budget while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients.
Marketing Specialist
Devin Adams
Devin worked in a fast paced, high grossing retail space until 2020, when she choose to take a different direction for her professional career. She was self-employeed working with the local community and building her brand online. Devin quickly grew a strong social media prescence that led to her working on various social channels and partnering with multiple brands. Kairos extended the opportunity for her to work with our social media, and ever since, her role has evolved into our full-time Marketing Specialist.
Logistics Manager
Alexiss Claiborne
With a diverse background spanning veterinary care, pharmacy, and logistics, Alexiss thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Science and working as a pharmacy technician, she sought a career that would challenge her problem-solving skills and push her to reach her full potential—leading her to the construction industry.
Her ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and manage complex workflows makes her a perfect fit for logistics. Whether it's ensuring materials arrive on time or keeping operations running smoothly, she takes pride in keeping everything on track.
