Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to Maryland residents aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must own the property where the renovation will take place.

• Employees of Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Details

• One (1) winner will be selected to receive a kitchen or bathroom renovation, as outlined below.

Kitchen Package

• Includes one (1) base cabinet and one (1) sink faucet provided by the contractor.

• The client will have the opportunity to choose their free materials from a group of items selected by Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells.

• The client will be responsible for all other necessary materials and any labor costs.

Bathroom Package

• Includes one (1) vanity and one (1) sink faucet provided by the contractor.

• The client will have the opportunity to choose their free materials from a group of items selected by Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells.

• The client will be responsible for all other necessary materials and any labor costs.

Design Package

• Includes one (1) standard design with no revisions.

• One (1) rendering of the selected design.

• Three (3) meetings: initial meeting, design presentation, and final walkthrough (available in person or virtually).

• The designer will remain in contact with the contractor to ensure project efficiency.

Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be notified via social media and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.

• If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner will be selected.

Requirements for Participation

• The client must be willing to undergo either a kitchen or bathroom renovation to receive the free items.

• The renovation project must start within a year of the winner being selected.

• The client will be responsible for any unforeseen costs that arise during the renovation process.

General Conditions

• By participating, the client agrees to allow Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells to use their name, likeness, and any photos or videos of the renovation for promotional purposes.

• The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

• Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells are not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or any other factors that may affect the entry process or the selection of the winner.

• The client agrees to release and hold harmless Kairos Home Improvement Inc. and Designs by Emma Wells from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
